HISTORICS at Brooklands has employed a fresh new staff member to further expand its growing operations.
25 year old History and Law graduate Will Smith has fulfilled a childhood ambition in getting the job working with classic cars.
The former BMW 2002 Tii owner joins the negotiations team at the auctions house, which was formed in March this year.
‘Being based at Brooklands,’ said Smith, ‘the opportunity to use my experience in a setting so ideally suited to what we do, was just too good to miss.’
He joined the team just before the last Historics sale held on September 25th. He’s now hard at work preparing for the next one, to be held on December 4th.
‘Working alongside such an enthusiastic and professional team, I’m eager to get to know our clients, and help to deliver them the ideal environment in which to buy and sell the finest classic and sports cars.’
Historics at Brooklands MD Liam Cardiff said: ‘Will’s professionalism, alongside a real interest and passion for classics, perfectly matches that of all our staff, and suits a desire to grow our reputation as an auction house with wide-ranging appeal and real personality.’
