‘My Suzuki’ tool
August 13th, 2009 by Richard Aucock
SUZUKI is the latest car maker to drive aftersales with a dedicated area of its national customer site.
The ‘My Suzuki’ area of Suzuki’s website is encouraging customers to ‘get interactive’, both with Suzuki aftersales and local Suzuki dealers.
It’s similar to a scheme already launched by Vauxhall, and is being launched with a special ‘Green Light’ campaign.
This gives car owners, for £15.99, a complete emissions check – including:
• Exhaust gas analysis
• Fuel economy test
• Tyre wear is not excessive
• Tyre pressures are not correct
• Brakes are balanced
All Suzuki car dealers are to take part in the initiative, which can be done as customers wait.
There are other features worth investigating in the My Suzuki area, too; up-to-date information on aftersales promotions, for example, along with news from the customer’s local Suzuki dealer.
It supports the Suzuki All-Makes Servicing programme; this opens up Suzuki service departments to owners of any make of car.
