Suzuki nears 150 dealers

SUZUKI is getting closer to the 150 UK car dealer landmark with the appointment of a new franchise in Newbury.
Whitequay Suzuki opens on Monday 23 November, to boost its three-strong profile that’s been trading since 1991.
Last year, the group sold 2000 new and used cars – and is hoping the addition of Suzuki will see this grow further.
Dale Wyatt, general manager of dealer development at Suzuki GB, said ‘this significant new addition to the Suzuki network highlights our commitment to the future growth of the business.
‘Whitequay has an established and very good reputation in the South, and we look forward to a long and productive relationship with them.’
This latest addition to the franchise network comes after Suzuki’s 6-dealer recruitment special of a few months ago. Will it reach the 150 mark before 2009 is out?
