Skoda UK honoured

SKODA Auto has awarded a top customer service award to its UK importer for the 4th time in 5 years.
The UK arm of Skoda has once again been prized with the firm’s tip Skoda Auto Human Touch and Customer Care award.
It is also the second successive year of triumph for the UK firm – and Skoda says it is the dealers that have again made it possible.
‘Winning this award is testament to our retailers’ commitment to providing outstanding customer service, which is the reason Skoda consistently ranks so highly in customer satisfaction surveys,’ said Skoda UK director Robert Hazelwood.
‘It is this commitment that has made Skoda the manufacturer of happy drivers, and we aim to enhance our reputation in this area still further in 2010.’
The prize was presented at Skoda’s HQ in Prague, and as Hazelwood points out, is but the latest in a list of continued success for Skoda.
Indeed, Skoda UK has been placed in the top five of the JD Power Customer Satisfaction Survey for the past 14 years: something that no other UK brand can match.
