Attract new car buyersBIG sales can be won through companies using CRM in an effective yet cost efficient way, say experts.

Mondial Assistance says that although the market is tough, there are buyers out there.

The key motivator for them are the bargain prices on offer at the moment – but they need to be drawn into showrooms. Customer Relationship Management is essential for this.

Dealers, says Mondial’s CRM expert Becky Green, need to ‘tap into that pool of prospects without draining resources or losing focus on potential customers already walking through their doors.’

This, she says, is where CRM can help. ‘Now is a vital time to implement revenue opportunities… to immediately support manufacturers in enticing buyers back to the forecourt.’

Mondial alone has found much success in deploying effective CRM programmes. ‘In the last 6 months, our CRM team has raised a further £18 million for its motor clients by getting on the phone and talking to their prospects, irrespective of whether those leads are hot or not.

‘It may sound simple, but the revenue we’ve raised demonstrates just how effective CRM can be. At a time when the market is seriously struggling, manufacturers need to pull out all the stops to maximise sales.

As moving metal becomes more vital than ever for car makers, good CRM deployment may give car dealers cheap leads into eager buyers.

Grasp the opportunity to boost volumes and profits in this cut-throat market!
