RENAULT UK has given RenaultSport fan Mark Crockett the role of services and quality director.
The RenaultSport Spider-driving 41 year old Scot joins the UK board, as one of 10 directors under the leadership of Roland Bouchara.
After working abroad, Crockett returned to the UK as product marketing manager for Renault, back in 1994. He moved to the aftersales division in 1997, creating the Renault Nissan Technical Group Office in 2001.
2004 took him to Paris, as warranty chief, before becoming a quality man for Nissan Europe.
It’s back to the UK now though, to lead the aftersales, parts and service side. Under his remit are all aspects, including marketing, sales and quality functions within the car dealer network.
He’s already praised the commitment of car dealers, ‘who are key in the achievement of increased customer loyalty.
‘A prime example of our product innovation is the introduction this year of the Motrio product range of spare parts and servicing offers, for our customers with vehicles more than four years old
‘By continuing to listen to both our customers and dealers, we will continue to offer better solutions to our customers, and improved performance.’
