Record high for SEAT
August 25th, 2010 by Richard Aucock
SEAT has never operated more car dealers than it is right now as it warns potential recruits to move fast.
Open points for the Spanish brand are now almost all filled, following a series of recent openings.
Vertu Motors, for instance, has just paid £500k for GK Motors Derby. Lookers and Arnold Clark have also strengthened SEAT representation.
More recent openings include Autoplanet Tunbridge Wells, Pulman Sunderland, White Quay Newquay, Horton Lincoln, Hughes SEAT Farnham Common and Alistair Fleming SEAT Dundee.
The firm is also keen to praise its Independent dealer groups such as Snows Group, Blade and Marshall. All are growing their SEAT franchises.
SEAT UK national franchise manager, Jason Cranswick, said: ‘The obvious appeal of our brand is there for all to see.
‘A cracking line-up of new cars helps to create the most attractive model range we have ever offered.
‘This is supported by a strong, and growing, marketing operation which further underlines our ambitious plans.’
