New CAP chief editor
August 12th, 2010 by Richard Aucock
CAP has appointed Chris Crow as chief editor to help improve processes and roll out new and improved products.
He boasts 16 years’ experience in the contract hire and leasing industry.
This, says CAP, will help him communicate better with one of its chief customers. During this time, he’s been a CAP user himself, and will also combine that experience, too.
‘Chris is an ideal choice to help steer CAP into an increasingly demanding future,’ said development director Anthony Doherty.
‘His many years as a customer give him invaluable insight into our key strengths and areas where CAP can pursue improvement.’
Such close working relationships is something CAP’s been trying to increasingly do in recent years – the new man is the next step in that approach.
Craft, who is naturally ‘delighted’ with the opportunity, started out in contract hire and leasing in 1994. Before that, he worked in the broader finance sector.
In his time, he’s been at Lex Vehicle Leasing, First National/Lloyds TBS, Hitachi Vehicle Capital and Reg Vardy. He has also worked as a consultant for Leaseplan and set up a vehicle logistics business.
