New homes with free A3

NEW house buyers in Bournemouth can get a free Audi A3 Cabriolet as part of an extra-special deal.
The Ocean 53/55 Penthouse development throws in the free motor as part of the new apartment package!
Developers Clearwater Homes have teamed up with car dealer Poole Audi to come up with the special offer. As part of the launch party last week, further Audis were laid on to show prospective buyers.
These included a Car Dealer Magazine favourite, the Audi R8 V10.
David Kelly, Poole Audi MD said: ‘Clearwater Homes had a vision to provide a luxury lifestyle package, with a free car as part of the deal.
‘The preview party gave people the opportunity to view how they can live the dream lifestyle. It was a great evening and all guests seemed extremely impressed with the properties, just as we were.’
Kelly sees it an obvious fit: the high-quality apartments are apparently finished to the highest standards. Creating, he said, an ‘obvious fit between Poole Audi and Clearwater Homes.’
James Munday, Clearwater Homes MD added: ‘The launch party was an absolute pleasure and a great success. It generated a great deal of interest and private viewings.
‘It proves that even in the tough market we have all been struggling with, with a clear vision and a strong passion, quality can be achieved!’
