New director for Really Good Domains
September 15th, 2010 by Richard Aucock
REALLY Good Domains has a new commercial director with the appointment of Manheim Europe man James Barr.
He will oversee the sales and account management team for Really Good Domains’ big automotive retail groups.
Barr will also guide them on car maker relationships, while also assisting in strategic planning and direction.
HE reckons he’s joined at the perfect time: ‘With an enviable portfolio of websites geared up to helping the motor trade sell more vehicles, and with new websites in the pipeline, it gives us an excellent opportunity to attract more new customers and to build upon the impressive sales results the company already enjoys.’
MD Dave Timmis says Barr brings ‘a wealth of experience and his appointment is an important step in the growth of the business, as we look to further develop strong relationships with large dealership groups.’
The former Manheim man joins after being sales director at the auction giant: while there, he helped introduce carmony.co.uk to the UK. He’s also been at Honda, Mitsubishi, JATO and Experian.
