Motor Codes’ survey…

Time 7:00 pm, October 18, 2010

car-dealer-survey-resultsMOTOR Codes has announced the first winner of its ‘Code Survey’ monthly customer survey prize draw.

Prize-winner Alec Cooper from Yorkshire will receive a cheque for £308 covering the cost of his last service. While his garage, Halls Auto Ltd in Richmond, will receive £250 of Snap-On Tools vouchers.

Called the Code Survey, the monthly assessment gathers instant customer feedback on the service they receive at subscribing garages.

Survey responses can be viewed by garages as soon as they come in allowing performance to be monitored and problems to be corrected instantly.

Chris Mason of Motor Codes said: ‘The Code Survey is a great tool for monitoring feedback, this is increasingly important as the country’s best garages consider customer service to be a top priority.

‘Getting it right 100 per cent of the time is an ambition for each of our subscribers and now, with live feedback monitoring on tap, that goal is one step closer.’

Since the launch, the firm has seen a 355 per cent rise in responses to its customer survey compared to the monthly average for 2010.

‘The new survey incentive idea is proving very popular with our customers and we love it too as it means we get more feedback on how we are doing,’ said Samantha Hall, from Halls Auto Ltd.

‘More feedback means more opportunities to improve and be the best we can be. It makes perfect business sense to keep customers happy, staying up to speed on how they feel and acting quickly on any negative feedback,’ she added.

Customers and garages who wish to enter or subscribe should visit www.motorcodes.co.uk.
