Motor Codes resonates
MOTOR Codes is hitting the mark with UK garage users as 93% say they’d recommend a Codes-approved garage.
Over 3700 people were surveyed, on how impressive their overall garage experience was.
Findings showed that over 9 in 10 would subsequently recommend the Motor Codes-approved garage they used to friends and family.
There will be no shortage of them to chose from, either, revealed the body: more than 6200 garages are now Motor Codes approved.
It is all helping to reinforce the profile of the Office of Fair Trading-standard approval system, said director Chris Mason.
‘Motor Codes is delighted with the latest set of Code Survey results, but this success is down to the hard work, quality, friendliness and high standards of subscribing garages.
‘Code members can be proud of the great start that has been made in raising standards across the UK’s garages.’
Mason also revealed the ‘Top Tips’ advice section of the Motor Codes website, which was set up using advice from Golden Garages competition winners, has proven to be a big hit with customers.
More than 200,000 individual searches have been made this year alone, he said.
