Mondial and Mitsubishi

MITSUBISHI has renewed its roadside assistance contract with Mondial Assistance for another three years.
The two have been partners since 1992 – making it a 17-year paring that’s still going strong.
What’s more, the contract has even been extended for the latest three-year spell. It now includes a 12-month roadside assistance product.
The idea here is for franchised Mitsubishi car dealers to give this to their more loyal customers who are no longer covered by the maker’s warranty. Non-franchised vehicles can also be covered by it.
Mitsubishi aftersales chief Nick Palmer was in no doubts that Mondial was the right partner. ‘It continues to deliver an unrivalled level of customer care, across an increasing number of markets.
‘This deal ensures that we can provide Mitsubishi owners of both new and used vehicles a consistently high quality service on a truly European scale.’
Warranty products have been specifically designed to allow upsale opportunities for car dealers. ‘These contracts are a clear illustration of our ability to focus on a quality service,’ said Mondial’s UK director Lee Taylor, ‘while supporting the brand in reducing interventions across Europe and the UK.
‘We look forward to forging a new era of partnership, as we continue to offer Mitsubishi Motors services that meet the high expectations of their customers, delivering a seamless level of care throughout the ownership experience.’
