Marshall’s new man
April 7th, 2009 by Richard Aucock
MARSHALL Motor Group has appointed Neil Crossley to manage area marketing for its Honda dealers.
He will help incorporate the recently acquired Honda car dealers in York, Hull and Scarborough, and is a key appointment for the group.
Honda franchise director Mark Furniss said that ‘Neil is a welcome addition to Marshall and our teams in Yorkshire.
‘Multi-site management experience and his proven capabilities in the important areas of operational excellence and customer satisfaction mean that he will hit the ground running.’
Crossley joins from Vertu, after gaining experience with CD Bramall, Pendragon, Dixon Motors and Bristol Street.
His most recent role was as market area manager for all Bristol Street’s Birmingham Ford car dealers.
Crossley says he is looking forward to ‘utilising all of the experience that I have gained over many years to help Marshall and, in particular, our Yorkshire Honda businesses maximise the opportunity in the market.
‘We have gained some very strong individuals and a powerful team spirit with these newly acquired businesses.’
