MARSHALL Motor Group has confirmed it is the new owner of Leicestershire’s Francis Group of dealers.

The group brings further Honda, SEAT and Suzuki franchises to Marshall, across 3 locations throughout Leicestershire.

Every single employee from the 105-strong staff role call has been transferred to Marshall.

‘This is a great addition to the Marshall business and I look forward to meeting our new colleagues at our new businesses,’ said chief executive of Marshall, Daksh Gupta.

‘This acquisition build on our own strategy to grow the group beyond our traditional territory and into large towns and cities which are scalable.

‘We are also strengthening our relationship with two of our existing brand partners, Honda and SEAT, and welcoming a new partner in Suzuki.’
