Jaguar tops J.D.Power
December 10th, 2009 by Richard Aucock
JAGUAR Land Rover car dealers have come out top in the latest J.D. Power owner satisfaction survey.
Outscoring every other luxury maker, Jaguar topped the customer sales satisfaction category in the US market survey.
What’s more, Land Rover came 5th.
Jaguar has actually tipped the Sales Satisfaction Index for the second consecutive year – one which surveys more than 48,000 American new car buyers.
What’s rated? Car dealers must score well in 5 key areas:
• Dealership facility
• Salesperson
• Paperwork and finance process
• Delivery process
• Vehicle price
The performance of Jaguar was good enough to earn it the inaugural ‘Luxury Brand’ award. And it’s all thanks to the car dealers, said Jaguar Land Rover’s North American president, Gary Temple.
‘Jaguar and Land Rover dealers deserve individual and collective praise for delivering such a superb shopping and buying process for our customers.
‘The top goals of this organization are to deliver world-class quality products to our customers with a world-class dealership sales and service experience.
‘These high rankings… show all of our efforts towards these goals are paying off.’
