iPhone App for Haynes

HAYNES is moving into the mobile digital age, with its first ever iPhone App giving car fix tips.
The new App means iPhones are set for a new type of fingerprint – the oil-stained one.
It’s all part of Haynes’ further expansion into new marketing channels. What’s more, it could even help support car dealer aftersales, by encouraging car buyers to tackle new projects.
The App includes all sorts of clever functions:
• Step-by-step guides with images and text
• VIDEO footage to see exactly how jobs are done
• 30 categories to teach the basics of how cars work
• ‘My Garage’ section with reminders for MOTs, services and tax renewal
• Motoring ‘To Do’ lists
