Hyundai is NO.1 for sales!

HYUNDAI’S record sales increase of 323% has helped the firm BEAT big maker Ford to number 1 slot!
In the retail sales chart, Hyundai toppled EVERY OTHER BRAND in the UK, to nab a record market share of 5.6 percent.
August sales were dominated by the i10 – this city car actually overtook the Vauxhall Corsa in the OVERALL sales chart – earning an amazing third place!
The next-best retail car sold barely half as many… an amazing level of dominance.
Hyundai MD, Tony Whitehorn, said ‘These are truly historic figures for Hyundai.
‘There are now thousands of happy new Hyundai drivers, and these owners’ recommendations will become our best advertising. It will ensure that Hyundai’s success continues years to come.’
Incredibly, the brand reckons even more is to come. Many owners, it reports, chose to hold on until September, to get a 59-reg car.
Meaning the firm is predicting even better results for September!
‘We are well on the way to making September the best ever month for sales in the company’s history.’
And car dealers? Well, they’ve had to take on a fifth more staff to cope..!
