Survey: Tell Great Wall what you think!

greatwall1GREAT Wall is so committed to shaping its franchise into one of the best for dealers to represent, it has decided to help YOU decide what it should look like.

Boss Paul Hegarty is determined to make Great Wall a brand that puts not only its customers at the top of the agenda, but it’s dealers too. He believes happy dealers will give customers the best service and wants to ensure that all dealers have a hand in helping him shape the Chinese brand’s franchise offering.

‘It’s only by listening to dealers about what they think is important to offer customers and what they think is important we offer them that we’ll shape the franchise in the right way,’ explained Hegarty.

‘That’s why I wanted to use Car Dealer’s readers as a sounding board for our ideas and canvass their opinion on what makes a franchise work and what doesn’t. We will listen to what they say – this is a dealer’s chance to directly shape the Great Wall franchise and we’ll be taking the feedback very seriously indeed.’

And as an incentive for you to take your time to fill out the survey, the maker is offering you an exclusive branded Great Wall jacket. We’ll pick the winner out of the hat at random from one of the survey’s respondents.

    Consider the support it gives your online offering, how leads are fed down to you and the quality of its website.

  10. How well does it manage used cars?
  11. How do you rate your manufacturer’s forward planning?
  12. How do you rate the requirements your manufacturer imposes on you?
  13. What do you think of the bonus structure put in place by your car manufacturer?
  14. How do you rate the return on investment from your manufacturer?
  15. The Suppliers
    This section is about finding the best motor trade suppliers to do business with. The winners will not be decided solely by the most popular, but by how good they are at providing you with a service. We’ll be naming a winner for each category and two highly commended places which will be announced at the Car Dealer Power Awards ceremony on July 13. For each category, first tell us who you use, then how you rate their service and finally add any comments you have. If you use more than one in any category, please pick the one you use the most and rate that firm.

    Good afternoon. Have just been reading some of the background on Great Wall and your plans to distribute within the UK. I own and operate the Europcar franchise in the South West, Exeter, Plymouth and Taunton, together with a stand alone contract hire business. Currently seeking diversification and would be interested in discussing potential opportunities to establish a Great Wall franchise in the South West if you have an appropriate open point.
