Glass’s editor leaves

Time 2:38 pm, December 14, 2012

ADRIAN RUSHMORE, managing editor of Glass’s, has announced that he’ll be leaving the company.

Working at Glass’s for an impressive 26 years, Rushmore has been managing editor for the last 11 years – and is credited with devising the methods used to forecast the firm’s car valuations.

Glass’s says it’ll be understandable sad to see Rushmore go – but thanks him for his three decades of dedication both to it, and to the automotive industry.

‘I would personally like to thank Adrian for the many years of service he has brought to Glass’s,’ commented Michael Bergmann, managing director of Glass’s. ‘He has been our face to the world for a long time and we are deeply sad to see him go.

‘It has been an absolute pleasure to have worked with Adrian. His enthusiasm, knowledge and contribution to our business will be greatly missed, and I know the entire Glass’s team will join me in wishing him every success in whatever venture he pursues in the future.

Rushmore himself added: ‘I have enjoyed every minute of the past 26 years working at Glass’s, it has been a privilege to watch the company grow, develop and take the lead on providing a definitive source of data to the used car market.

‘I will of course be sad to leave my days at Glass’s behind, but I’m also excited about what the future has to hold. I would like to thank everyone at Glass’s for the friendship and support they have given me in the past, and I look forward to continuing that friendship for many years to come.’
