Fiat Group smart repairer

FIAT and Alfa Romeo car dealers have appointed the country’s first franchise-approved smart repairer.
Revive! has been enlisted by Fiat Group to offer the service, which is believed to be the first time car dealers have enjoyed such a manufacturer-supported scheme.
Fiat and Alfa Romeo customers will now provide an additional aftersales income steam to car dealers.
It’s perfectly in tune with the times, said Revive! MD, Mark Llewellyn. ‘If an Alfa Romeo or Fiat customer scrape or scuff their car, they know they will be able to return to their dealership and get the work done under the professional standards they are used to.’
Revive! has an 80-strong team of technicians nationwide. The contract will see them perform their magic from official Fiat Group premises – at the same time as a car service, for example.
‘We are looking to work in partnership with the dealerships and add significant value to their existing services,’ said Llewellyn.
‘Quality is paramount to us, and I am sure our high standards of professionalism were a key factor in winning this prestigious contract from Fiat Group.’
