Fast Track firm’s growth
September 24th, 2010 by Richard Aucock
ACCIDENT management firm Easi-Drive has opened an extension to its Manchester HQ as growth plans continue.
Car dealers are an integral part of this growth too, the firm’s boss has revealed.
The 25,000 sq ft expansion at the Easi-Drive HQ will house 120 staff – but a further £500k investment in IT has the potential to serve 400 users. Both come after a strategic review of company business identified new opportunities to explore.
To mark the expansion, Easi-Drive has also revealed a new corporate ID that’s more in keeping with a firm boasting a 2010 turnover of £21m.
This has doubled every year since 2005 and 2009, reveals founder Simon Bellamy, which has earned his firm a place on The Sunday Time Virgin Fast Track 100 list.
‘The investment in the corporate identity and opening of the new HQ is all about taking the business to the next level and achieving our goal of being the best accident management company in the UK.’
Dealers are going to play an important role in this growth: he is planning on £30m turnover by 2013, and is targeting a stronger presence in dealerships and with manufacturers to help achieve this.
‘We have been working hard over the last 12 months to develop a strong proposition for dealerships and we are starting to make some good in-roads in this sector.
‘This market, along with manufacturers, will be a big focus for us over the next three years.’
