Dealer customer advisors
INNOVATIVE Scottish car dealer group Peter Vardy is introducing a novel customer panel to improve service.
The car dealer has set up a governors’ advisory panel comprised of car buyers.
They will advise the Peter Vardy board on what they can do to improve customer service.
Peter Vardy said ‘we believe it is important for the motor trade to better connect with their customers, build greater trust and make them more confident that we will support them long after we have sold them their vehicle.
‘The best way to achieve this is by involving our customers, tapping into their views and using this feedback to bridge the gap between the service they want and what they ultimately get.
‘The launch of the customer dealership governors’ advisory panels is set up to do this.’
Bringing better structure to the feedback process, customers will benefit too - they’ll get a number of benefits including money off car servicing at Vardy dealerships.
In return, they’ll attend bi-monthly meetings and report back on customer service. Proposed new developments and changes will also be run past them first before the group put them into operation.
