BMW men honoured
June 23rd, 2009 by Richard Aucock
BMW’S emergency service technicians have been honoured in Mondial Assistance’s latest awards.
The winning man was Stuart Donovan, with Mike Campbell and Ian Mitchell ranking top runners-up.
Regional technicians weren’t forgotten either, with the Northern Region coming out top overall there.
To snare overall honours. Donovan had to prove top diagnostic skills, roadside repair rate, accuracy of warranty returns and customer satisfaction ratings.
The judging process was both long and highly detailed, says Mondial.
What did they get for their fine work? Snazzy watches, from BMW’s Lifestyle collection.
‘Having worked in partnership with BMW for the past 29 years,’ said Mondial technical services director Robert James, ‘we are committed to continually improving the customer experience.
‘The results have been extremely positive, with further improvement on the previous year.
‘This is due to not only the ongoing training and technological investments made by Mondial Assistance, but also the excellent working relationship we have with BMW (UK) Ltd.’
