Bangers4BEN Day 1 lunchtime

ALL the Bangers4BEN crews are now on the motorway, heading North… and immediately, the convoy has split!
Some have chosen M6, others have chosen M1. Who will win? We’ll find out later in the day.
Seems it’s lunchtime now though, and service stations all along the route are having the gasps of our teams. HOW much?
See, so cheap are the cars, even buying water is hacking great percentages into the price folk have paid for their bangers. Team Car Dealer takes the current record, spending 670 percent of the car’s value on coffee.
But Toyota PR did pretty well too, spending 4.7 percent of the car’s cost on the M6 Toll.
Meanwhile, GRS is doing 47.7mpg of both fuel AND oil, whole Clima Racing is averaging 95mph and 200mpg, according to the car’s computer. Impressive.
